We purchased a 2024 Limited Expedition MAX but within a week or so the battery died from sitting on the lot for quite some time and the audio stopped working. Robyn in the service department had the technicians identify the issue quickly. They were unable to fix 1 other issue but it’s not a huge concern. It can be looked at when I need my first oil change. Thanks Karl Flammer for getting my Ford into service quickly and giving me a loaner! Other dealers had a very long wait time. More
