Disappointing,after upwards of 15 years using your service I will not be returning.I had specially requested a 7:30 appointment that I could wait for,not this time,finished at 10:30,my vehicle didn’t service I will not be returning.I had specially requested a 7:30 appointment that I could wait for,not this time,finished at 10:30,my vehicle didn’t get actioned until after 9:00 am..Furthermore when I got home I had a service offer that could reduce my bill by $20.00 ,phoned and was told it could not be used.Find a better way to entice your clients,give me a credit in my account that I must use within a timeframe,that would be much better client service.
