We bought her a certified Focus 1 year old and had a great experience with the salea department who were friendly, very accomodating and prepared everything for us as asked so we did not have to wait around. We arrived after they called and told us it was ready, signed, and got the keys. We felt they were fair, honest, and easy to work with. After a couple weeks we noticed the car driving rough, as if it were a stick shift not fully engaged in gear sometimes. Service center said these cars have a different engine, being manual with an automatic but they would check it out. After dropping it off and listening to what he said, I researched problems with this specific presentation and read hundreds of horror stories of what dealers have put customers through with no resolution. I thought for sure it would be a battle to have repaired and was ready for a fight when I checked on status. I was surprised after all I had read, to hear them say they had located the problem, ordered the parts and will have it replaced to ensure there are no safety concerns. They gave me a loaner vehicle, and an itemized print out of repairs and everything that was checked. I just picked it up and drove around to ensure it was running smooth for my daughter, and it is running perfect, a huge noticeable improvement with no jerking or jumping. I am very pleased, pleasantly surprised and will be back for any service needs. I have never had such a smooth repair with no "hidden" surprises at any servicer, dealer or repair shop. I would reccomend to all my friends & family. More
Very poor experience at their body/collision shop.. I was involved in a car accident and took my car there to get repaired in their body shop. and they ordered the wrong head light, i had to pay for a r I was involved in a car accident and took my car there to get repaired in their body shop. and they ordered the wrong head light, i had to pay for a rental for 3 extra days because of their mistake.. after waiting for all those days they installed the wrong headlight again..had me wait for another two days.. i had to come back 2-3 times for something that should have been done right the first time… they billed my insurance for an alignment and didn't even do it.. or if it was done it wasn't done right at all.. i addressed the attention right away after i drove the vehicle i noticed it.. I told the manager and he kept saying they did it.. i had to take my car in to Tires Plus and had them check the alignment and it was completely off! I even have paperwork to prove it! and they told me to take it back in to Karl Flammer ford to get it done right.. i called them and spoke to the a receptionist name Toni in the collision center and she started arguing with me and telling me that she doesn't have enough time to handle this right now and to call back on Monday and she might be able to talk to the mechanic then and that the manager Jim is not there and won't be back for a while because he is out for surgery , i actually dealt with jim prior to him leaving and he was and tried to be helpful but this lady was just rude.. i shouldn't have to wait and keep coming back over and over again for something that was supposed to be done right the first time.. they also didn't know or how to fix my light/tail light and sent me somewhere else to get it figured out and i had to take my car to a different shop and i paid for it and asked them to take of it like they said they would do and she asks me to call next week…. bottom line is customers shouldn't have to come back multiple times to take care of a simple issue when it should have been taken care of the first time! i brought my car to you guys hoping you guys would do the job right the first time and this was not the case at all.. your mechanics installed the wrong head light twice!, didn't do the alignment right and couldn't even figure out a small problem with my tail light/break light and had me go somewhere else…. and then when i call you guys to address the problem and correct it, you guys tell me you don't have the time or staff and to call next week! is this really Right?? being involved in an Accident is already stressful enough and you guys not doing your job right doesn't help the situation especially when you're billing everything to my insurance and then you don't do the work right! you've incurred me 4 days more of renting a car and hours and hours of my time and still haven't resolved the problem..I will call my insurance and have them switch me to a different body shop and i will never use or recommend you guys to no body! very poor service and customer service.. you guys don't deserve to be farmers preferred shops.. i will also address that to them!!! More

I have to say though, today service was even more so extraordinary, along with getting an oil change, replacing air in the tires with Nitro and installing a front license plate done by Julio Rodriguez, who did an exceptional job, Thank YOU Julio, I also had my vehicle detailed by Pat. The quality of the detail was totally Awesome, looked like a new car both inside and out. But what was even more Awesome is when I got in my car to leave, I noticed 2 5$ in the cup holder. A feeling of great gratitude came over me, like WOW, how amazing, this doesn't happen too many times. It was very heartwarming!! I looked for Rob, but he wasn't in his office, so I headed back home and called him. I asked who was the person who found the money and he told me "Pat was and he called me to tell me he found it and I asked him to just place it in the cup holder". I expressed my extreme surprise and deep appreciation and ask for him to please pass it forward to Pat. Thank YOU Pat for your true honesty, integrity, professionalism and superb workmanship!! My wife booked the 2012 focus in for a parking break repair for 8 am on a Saturday, what a waste of time, parked the car in the line and stood in a queue for 20 mins while any one in front that didn't h repair for 8 am on a Saturday, what a waste of time, parked the car in the line and stood in a queue for 20 mins while any one in front that didn't have an appointment was served before me, mentioned this to the service rep and got a whole lot of attitude , poor service as well, left without getting repair done while the service rep still shouting at us, disgraceful service dept , shame on you karl flammer ford , this will be the last new car I will buy from you.. My first experience with this dealership was in October of 2013. It was extraordinarily great; I told my friends at work that it was wonderful. My experience in February of 2014 was the exact opposite. The interior hood release was broken, so I took it in for repair. I arrived at my appointment time (7:30 am) and was ignored for 10 minutes. "Service" individuals walked all around me, yet no one asked if I had been helped. One individual stated "they are coming in droves today". Nothing like hearing that to make a customer feel like she is an annoynance rather than a valued customer. When I finally found someone to help me, my "service advisor" was rude, even suggesting that I had abused my car resulting in the broken part. Despite being a previous customer, my name was spelled wrong, making it difficult to find my reservation for service. After 2 1/2 days, the appropriate part finally was acquired and my car was released to me. The windshield wiper fluid had not been replaced as I had requested. The car was dirty. At least I wasn't charged, for the repair was covered by warranty. Will I return? Maybe, but only for the convenient location of the dealership. At least this time, I know to expect poor service and won't be disappointed. More

I did so this time, and also requested to speak to Mehgan Flammer which I did. She not only came out of her office to meet me, but spent probably 10 minutes chatting with me on a variety of issues, as well as the dealership and Ford cars in general. We really like dealing with Flammer, as it is a smaller dealership, so the feeling of being not only a customer, but part of the gang is awlays prevelant. Having professional sales people such as Tom Saffero on their staff to assists with your buying decision is a real added bonus. Their finance department is invaluable when it comes time to select a finance plan that is best suited to your budgetary needs. Follow up after the sale as well as after each service visit is excellent. Over the past twelve years I have purchased three vehicles from Karl Flammer Ford. In each case I was always treated professionally and with respect. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime however, the most pleasurable transactions were with Karl Flammer Ford. The sales experience is always a pleasure but the service is what keeps me coming back. Oh, yes there really is a Karl Flammer. I have met him and had lengthy conversation on a variety of subject matter. If you have the pleasure of meeting him you'll understand why his dealership operates the way it does.
