Worst Dealership Ever! They will sell you a hunk of junk with an extended warranty but they make getting the repairs actually done as difficult as possible and never actually fix the problem. Rick Gibson and Greg Hiland were so helpful with the trade in of my cars and getting my mustang, they went over and beyond my expectations. Darlene W in service is a real asset to this dealership. She was so very helpful with all the problems I had with my 2003 Thunderbird. I have never had any service manager do so much, I was going through a very rough time in my life and she really went above and beyond to help. More

He is totally responsive, knowledgeable, and does his very best to make certain everyone is happy. I really have lost count of how many years I've brought my trucks, wife's car(s), son's truck, mother in law's car to Robbie . He always goes the extra mile and makes you feel like he cares. He is conscientious and a fine young man. No one wants to have vehicular problems. When I do, I call Robbie and even though I know it's going to end up costing me, I am still happy to see him every time. He sets the perfect example of what a really good service writer is capable of. As long as the good Lord keeps me on this planet I will keep going back to Robbie. More

The problem ended up being a broken piece with the recirculating system. I went back and explained the problem to the service advisor and showed her the broken part. All she wanted to do was argue with me that I was wrong. I was told I needed to speak to the service manager if I wanted a refund on the misdiagnosis. After waiting 30 min to no avail I gave up. If you go here for a repair I recommend you get a second before any repairs. More

Not only is the work sub par, but they don’t take accountability for their mistakes and damage they cause. -Flammer Ford never properly fixed my sunroof and broke the shade during the repair -Flammer Ford did a brake job on the wrong brakes causing major damage to my car -Flammer Ford damaged my car during a repair and covered it up using a zip tie to hold parts together I had just bought my 2014 Ford Flex and it had stopped running three weeks later. I had it towed in to Flammer Ford and found out the sunroof had been leaking and had ruined much of the electric system including 2 modules. Flammer Ford did the work and told me I had a guarantee on the parts and labor for two years. After I had my repairs here the sunroof continued to leak. They “fixed” it once and from then on just told me the water coming in was a normal thing. Each time i would go through a car wash or it rained hard, water would come in. I showed them pictures and videos of this. My ceiling is stained from the water. In the process of fixing the sunroof, they broke one of the tabs that hold the shade in place. When I brought this to their attention they told me this couldn’t be fixed, and could only be replaced. They told me it would cost me between $200-$300. I argued with them that this was their fault. They finally agreed to fix it. I came back and they had bent the tab back and slid it on to the track. The tab is still broken to this day and often comes off the track when used. I brought my car in to Flammer Ford for a routine brake job. I spoke to the person I normally work with and told her I wasn’t sure which brakes were going bad but I could hear them. I mentioned I recently had the brakes done on either the front or the back but wasn’t sure She said she would check them and fix the old pads. I came back to get my car and the person I had always worked with no longer was employed there. They told me they were charging me for diagnostics on my car that I found out later were supposed to be done for a different client. My cars brakes hadn’t been worked on. I left and came back for the car again after they told me they had done the brakes. A week later my brakes started making bad grinding sounds. I spent the next couple months bringing the car back there many times complaining about the brakes grinding. They argued that nothing was wrong. Eventually I brought my car to a different mechanic and found out they had replaced the new pads and left my problematic pads on. I ended up needing new rotors since they were chewed up from not having the brake pads replaced. I paid for extra brake job and the new rotors. Karl Flammer fought me over the brake job and I ended up having to pay for it in addition to the corrective brake job and new rotors. Now my car is again not running. I found out it is because there was a zip tie holding the wiring harness together that one of the modules Flammer Ford replaced plugs into. I brought the car to another mechanic and eventually to another Ford dealership and was told it’s apparent Flammer must have used the zip tie to hide the fact they broke the harness. Flammer is refusing to take ownership of this and I am left with a $3000 bill to fix the car. More

Does anyone know what you would have to do to a vehicle to take it from 19 MPG to 13 MPG? 10 miles were put on my car in their care. You would have to SEVERLY beat my car down to deplete the MPG that much in 10 miles. Stay away from this dealer!!!! More
