Car was recalled. Took car in and the next day was told that the parts were removed but the dealer didn’t have the parts to fix. Was told they would try to get parts from Lakeland but could make no promi that the parts were removed but the dealer didn’t have the parts to fix. Was told they would try to get parts from Lakeland but could make no promises. After many phone calls, voicemails not returned service Mgr said they would take parts from a new kit and fix which they did. Total experience other thanKelly who took the initial call was unforgivable. It is bad business practice! More
