I was have problems programming my home link for my garage door. Everything the owners manual said to do was not working, it told me to see the dealer. Denise my service specialist couldn't get it to w garage door. Everything the owners manual said to do was not working, it told me to see the dealer. Denise my service specialist couldn't get it to work,she said she would get back to me she never did. After trying for 2 months l called Ford in Deer Born Michigan they were very helpful they gave me the number and web site of home link they help me out and l got the car programmed. The owners manual was wrong in doing it. I called Denise to tell her about what l found out l left numerous messages for her l even text her and called her cell she even bothered to get back to me this shows me how much your service department cares.l don't thank l will be coming back for services. More

Had several issues with the car and a couple recall items that needed to be checked out. Christian gave me a clear explanation of what was going to be done and how long it should take. She apologized and said they could get me in at noon that day. I said I was traveling out of town later that afternoon and she said they could get in no problem. I showed up at noon and was told it would be more than an hour and a half before they could get to it. Wasted trip and time More
