Service manager for my vehicle was good. Quick check-in. However, tech time for battery circuit check & install was lengthy. Over 2-1/2 hours and I had an appointment. However, tech time for battery circuit check & install was lengthy. Over 2-1/2 hours and I had an appointment. More
Darlene was awesome, called me when it was done which was only about 45 minutes for service. I wish they would do a wash though, other dealers do. only about 45 minutes for service. I wish they would do a wash though, other dealers do. More
The first 9 ford dealers I looked at charge $87.00 to $95.00 for the part all day long. Not jobber or wholesale, just there advertised price. Flamer charged $166.20. It's a fuel line with quick connec $95.00 for the part all day long. Not jobber or wholesale, just there advertised price. Flamer charged $166.20. It's a fuel line with quick connect ends, they charged $210.00 to install it. They charged another $65 to check for the leak (it was pouring gas). Good example of why there are many thousand of auto repair shops other then the dealers. Oh, they forgot to do the open recall, I'll have to come back. More
