This visit was good. Oil change and battery replacement under warranty on my 2013 Edge. A previous visit w my 2012 Focus made me swear I'd never go back. Service writer was Kara (now gone) tried to sell me under warranty on my 2013 Edge. A previous visit w my 2012 Focus made me swear I'd never go back. Service writer was Kara (now gone) tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of work for a front end rattle that I DIDN'T NEED (another dealership and 2 independent repair shops found it needed MUCH less to repair it!) She was eating lunch as she wrote up the repair order. How unprofessional when paying $150+ per hour labor charge! I was charged $100 for check engine light. They found one code. There were actually 5 codes which were found at an independent repair shop in Michigan. The Body Control Module was reset by my mechanic in Michigan and the left headlight started working. Prior to that, it had LOW voltage going to it. Flammer Ford had NO CLUE, as they were unable or unwilling to perform the code scan correctly! My experience with a turbo charger replacement (under extended warranty I purchased) on my 2013 Edge was good. Another dealership in Dade City sold us a "Ford Certified" used Edge with a junk transmission and turbocharger. I was told they never road tested the vehicle on the highway, as the highway was "too far away" More

Satisfied with the service, the time it took, and the reasonable price. I had made an appointment a week in advance but when I arrived my appointment was not in their computer. No call to let me know if my truck was ready in Dales absence. I even left it one day longer. I finally called 3 times and transferred only to be put on hold until I got tired of waiting. The 4 th time I absence. I even left it one day longer. I finally called 3 times and transferred only to be put on hold until I got tired of waiting. The 4 th time I called I demanded to talk to some one to see if my truck was ready. Dale was paged and he called me back. By the way keep Dale he is a 10 just no one following up in his absence. I have been a customer since 2005 and spent a lot of money with you. You have lost your customer service and I find the sign in your lobby very offensive.🧐 More
Great job, very satisfied. Done in good time. Very nice loaner car. Was anxious with the fact they had to replace the engine. It was under factory warranty. as soon as work performed was done i was notified, and told of closing time. When i picked up my vehicle i was informed by service advisor of extend warranty on vehicle with no deductible, no charge for told of closing time. Scheduling was great. Shuttle was great. I hope I don’t have any window leaks. Tape left on the window. Told to leave over night. I have used Flammer Ford to service my vehicle over the years with no problems. Today I had a 2:30 appointment and It took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, (the works). If I took it to a neighborhood garage years with no problems. Today I had a 2:30 appointment and It took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, (the works). If I took it to a neighborhood garage the same service usually takes less than 1/2 hour. I was disappointed having to wait that long. More
