Service was great inspite of the renovations going on in the one building. I was able to wait comfortably in the showroom area and enjoyed a cup of coffee, Was happy to see and chat a few minutes with Dou the one building. Booked an appointment for mid day to be called back later to be told they wouldn’t be able to look at the truck today. Went to pick truck up and “couldn’t find me keys” since my advisor was gone at 4:30. Was to be told they wouldn’t be able to look at the truck today. Went to pick truck up and “couldn’t find me keys” since my advisor was gone at 4:30. Was later called 2 days later say they would look at my truck today , not even realizing I picked my vehicle up. Will not be bring my truck back and would not send anyone to this service department. More
We take our Ford there for all its maintenance, which we are very satisfied with. The gentleman checking me in and out was very knowledgeable, respectful, and got me a quote for some future service without are very satisfied with. My only negative would be the length of time it takes for an oil change. A small suggestion would be to have them done in a couple bays, so that we don't have to wait two hours for a routine service. Just a thought. Great job! More
