as soon as work performed was done i was notified, and told of closing time. Scheduling was great. Shuttle was great. I hope I don’t have any window leaks. Tape left on the window. Told to leave over night. I have used Flammer Ford to service my vehicle over the years with no problems. Today I had a 2:30 appointment and It took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, (the works). If I took it to a neighborhood garage years with no problems. Today I had a 2:30 appointment and It took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil, (the works). If I took it to a neighborhood garage the same service usually takes less than 1/2 hour. I was disappointed having to wait that long. More

regular oil change, took 1 hour 35 minutes. If I didn't walk out to check, I would not have seen my car, it would have been longer..
