My wife booked the 2012 focus in for a parking break repair for 8 am on a Saturday, what a waste of time, parked the car in the line and stood in a queue for 20 mins while any one in front that didn't h repair for 8 am on a Saturday, what a waste of time, parked the car in the line and stood in a queue for 20 mins while any one in front that didn't have an appointment was served before me, mentioned this to the service rep and got a whole lot of attitude , poor service as well, left without getting repair done while the service rep still shouting at us, disgraceful service dept , shame on you karl flammer ford , this will be the last new car I will buy from you.. My first experience with this dealership was in October of 2013. It was extraordinarily great; I told my friends at work that it was wonderful. My experience in February of 2014 was the exact opposite. The interior hood release was broken, so I took it in for repair. I arrived at my appointment time (7:30 am) and was ignored for 10 minutes. "Service" individuals walked all around me, yet no one asked if I had been helped. One individual stated "they are coming in droves today". Nothing like hearing that to make a customer feel like she is an annoynance rather than a valued customer. When I finally found someone to help me, my "service advisor" was rude, even suggesting that I had abused my car resulting in the broken part. Despite being a previous customer, my name was spelled wrong, making it difficult to find my reservation for service. After 2 1/2 days, the appropriate part finally was acquired and my car was released to me. The windshield wiper fluid had not been replaced as I had requested. The car was dirty. At least I wasn't charged, for the repair was covered by warranty. Will I return? Maybe, but only for the convenient location of the dealership. At least this time, I know to expect poor service and won't be disappointed. More
I contacted Karl Flammer Ford through their internet sales and had a great experience. I was also dealing with two other dealerships trying to get the best deal for a 2014 Mustang Premium. Tom, my sales representative, responded quickly and with answers to my emails. He would, on average, respond to my emails within two hours of sending them, which was beyond helpful! We were able to come to an amazing deal! Upon arriving at the dealership (which was a 3 hour drive away), I was able to test drive the vehicle. I immediately fell in love and finished all the paperwork. Richard, their financial manager, was amazing. He answered all my questions, spent the time to go over all my options, and was able to get me a fantastic deal. Paperwork was quick and painless! I would recommend Karl Flammer Ford to all my friends and family. Their customer service representatives called a week later to make sure I was still happy with my purchase and asked if there was anything they could help with! I LOVE my new Mustang!! More

I was looking to replace a Ford that was totaled when I was hit by a drunk driver. My Insurance Company told me that my car is what saved me during this violent accident. My internet search brought me to Karl Flammer Ford, although they were over 3 hours away from me. Tom Sfero was a perfect salesman. No pressure, no hassle, friendly, very helpful, and respectful. I have to admit I did not purchase this vehicle from Karl Flammer Ford, but bought an identical vehicle from a neighboring Ford dealer based only on color combination. When searching for a specific used vehicle, that is usually something you have no choice of. The color they have, is what was traded to them. It just so happened another dealership had the same vehicle in the color combination that I originally had, so that is what my purchase choice ended up being based on, exterior and interior color combination. Tom even emailed me when the vehicle I was considering was sold to inform me of the sale. Then I had a follow up email from Meghan Flammer asking what they could have done differently to had earned my business. No answer was NOTHING! My decision was based on color only. With that being said, I was so impressed with the internet treatment by Tom and Meghan that I felt it necessary to at least thank them with a positive review and to let others know not to be wary of internet sales on a vehicle. I would highly recommend Karl Flammer Ford and their internet department. More

I did so this time, and also requested to speak to Mehgan Flammer which I did. She not only came out of her office to meet me, but spent probably 10 minutes chatting with me on a variety of issues, as well as the dealership and Ford cars in general. We really like dealing with Flammer, as it is a smaller dealership, so the feeling of being not only a customer, but part of the gang is awlays prevelant. By far, Karl Flammer Ford team is by far the best to deal with and the best in pricing from buying the new car to and to have that auto serviced correctly. Doug Gerhardt is the only person I will buy a car from and Rob Benders service team is the only techs that will touch my fords. I even ask Rob for advice on vehicles when I buy. I actually went in to get the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, there is no other place I considered. My sales representative, Tom Sfero, was professional in the extreme, kind, courteous and caring. The ordering and purchasing process was smooth and he was even able to expedite the process by getting Ford Truck assembly to place a high priority on the manufacturing of the vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the service, attention to detail and overall customer care that is part and parcel of this dealership!
