We have been a customer of Karl Flammer Ford since 2002, and have had all our service work done on our 2002 Thunderbird and our 2013 Edge. I did so this time, and also requested to speak to Mehgan Flammer which I did. She not only came out of her office to meet me, but spent probably 10 minutes chatting with me on a variety of issues, as well as the dealership and Ford cars in general. We really like dealing with Flammer, as it is a smaller dealership, so the feeling of being not only a customer, but part of the gang is awlays prevelant. I actually went in to get the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. I was very pleased with the salesperson, Rick Tiptn. I told him the monthly amount I could pay and my car was my down payment.
