My truck was left there over memorial day weekend. When i received it back, there was a crack in my windshield & they spun my new tires which caused a flat spot. No apology. Horrible service! Brian greeted us the parking lot, he enquired about our needs and wants and heard us out. He was extrememly knowledgeable of the automobiles we were looking at. After a short time we realized he was also knew about financing and our purchasing agreement. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we were very comfortable in our dealing. We intend to go back for a tutorial on the features of our "new" car. We felt the deal was fair and we were offered a fair price for our trade in. The financing personlo was very knowledgable and explained everything very precisely along with each option with no preasure to accept anything, simply explaining the benefits of each. I went to Kark Flammer to check out the value of my 2004 Ford Escape and compare the prices of newer used Escapes. No real intention of buying that night...Brian Hall met me and began to show me what was on Ford Escape and compare the prices of newer used Escapes. I called my son to get feed back on the possible deal available and was asked why I didn't want a new Escape (I had told Brian I didn't like the looks of the 2013). We then started playing with figures for the new Escape. The man in accounting was a delight too. The entire time I never felt rushed, pressured; I was offered something to drink. It was as if Brian had nothing in the world to do but work with me on this. Most pleasant car buy I have ever had. I have been taking my old Escape to Karl Flammer for years for service and had the same pleasant experience with everyone and Mike Palermo in particular in the service department. I recently had my F150 serviced at the dealership and once again was very pleased with the service performed and rapid turn-around time. department. Rob Bender, the service advisor, is always professional, listens closely to the description of the problem and keeps me informed on the status of the repair and cost. My truck was ready when promissed and the repairs were done correctly. I will continue to go to Rob and Karl Flammer Ford for any future repairs, (however the F150 rarely needs it). KC More
