Poor service recommendations. I took my vehicle here for an oil change. I bought my vehicle new from Ford and now that it has 130k miles I thought it would be good to come here v I took my vehicle here for an oil change. I bought my vehicle new from Ford and now that it has 130k miles I thought it would be good to come here vs a random service center for recommendations on necessary service. When I asked about certain services I was offered $200+ diagnostic options. They advertise multi point inspections but they told me they basically throw the vehicle up on the jacks, change the oil and it’s done. I just wanted peace of mind that if belts or something needed changed they could let me know. I also felt my vehicle making noises after having breaks done last service and against they just offered diagnostic services with no guarantee. Lastly, I noted the horn was broken and they said they didn’t have a technician to inspect while my vehicle was in the shop. What is the point of making an appointment multiple weeks in advance if they can’t plan to have a necessary technician available? I have 3 car seats with children riding in my vehicle on a daily basis and brought it to this Ford dealership to get good peace of mind I was safe on the road and I did not get that feeling upon completion. I’m not sure if I will be returning. Chad was the service person I spoke to. More
