Their expertise and skill in delivering the service were impressive, and I left satisfied with the outcome. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the evident unpreparedness for my scheduled appointment. Despite making the booking well in advance and receiving a confirmation, it seemed that the necessary arrangements had not been properly made. It was apparent that the staff was caught off guard by my arrival, and they scrambled to set things in motion. I appreciate the effort and expertise of the staff, but I hope that they can improve their organizational skills to ensure a smoother and more seamless customer experience in the future. More
