I will begin by saying I will never patronize this dealership for my car service and will discourage any potential customer seeking to get value for their money. First the representative named Ty (email tyannec@dealer.reyrey.net) was extremely rude and disrespectful when I inquired about a costly recommendation made last year that did not appear in my current diagnostic (even though i had never addressed the so-called issue). The inconsistency led me to believe that the previous recommendation was unnecessary and was simply an effort to “upsell” me on services. As i was inquiring Ty rudely responded “i am not going to go back and forth with you” and walked away while I was still voicing my concerns. This level of rudeness and disrespect toward customers suggests that this dealership lacks instruction for its staff. Although I purchased my 2015 RDX from this dealership and had 95% of my previous work done there, I have lost all confidence in their service and they have lost a long time customer and any potential customer with whom I can share my experience. Bought a pre certified 2020 Acura MDX vehicle which had no carpet, no second key and no manual. Had to insist before a carpet was provided. Manual and second key have been promised but do not know when wil no carpet, no second key and no manual. Had to insist before a carpet was provided.
