Great place to buy! Girlfriend and I went in to purchase an inexpensive commuter car as my truck was getting poor gas mileage. Met with Kieran, the internet sales manager, who was exceptional to deal with. Got us financed quickly on a 2017 Jetta TSI. We didn’t have to wait in the dealership very long at the dealership to finalize the deal which I was very impressed with. I believe we were out of there in an hour or so. Was very nice to hear that they could get us into a new vehicle with a warrenty versus a used vehicle like we planned. Waiting on the VW survey so I can give them a great review. I will be buying a car from here again and hopefully from Kieran. Can’t wait to have my windows tinted by their newly owned company! More

I went on a test drive with him and he was very polite and knowledgeable of the car and its features. Calum even called 2 days later to see if everything was ok and if I was still satisfied with my purchase. We had an awesome sales manger too. John was very helpful and professional and made my husband and I very comfortable. We negotiated on a price and John was very fair and understanding with our trade in price as well as the final sales price we agreed on.. He is an amazing sales manager!! I have dealt with many, many salesman and have never written a review about any of them. I will definitely recommend these two individuals to anyone I know thinking about purchasing not just a VW but any vehicle.I know this is a little much but I cant express how thankful I am to have dealt with such amazing salesmen at a CAR DEALERSHIP!! The moment I pulled into the dealership there was a salesperson there to greet me, as I parked. He opened my door for me and immediately started asking me what he could help me with. Upon finding the car I wanted, they were all very prompt in figuring out my payments, whether a lease or a purchase would be best for me, etc. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours. This also was the 3rd car I bought from Karmart. All VW's, all Jetta's. Love them AND the dealership. More

Today I bought a Jetta TDI from Karmart Volkswagen. Between Nov 11, 2001 and today, Nov 12, 2011, this is my fourth Volkswagen purchase from KarMart. Everyone was friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable and diffused a potentially stressful and long day with humor and speed. I did not feel up-sold, nor underestimated. We were greeted w/ a smile and an umbrella outside on an blustery day. I left with exactly what I wanted, and well UNDER the budget I had set out. On the 100 mile trip home, I had an issue with the car (complete user error) and I called our salesman on his cell phone after hours and he happily took the call and after his concern, he walked me through why my car had not started (again user error, not car issue!) and then called my house later on to make sure we had arrived home safely! Over this VW decade, I have gone back again and again because I have great experiences every time I walk in the door–with questions, for service, or walking out with a beautiful diesel Jetta. More

I feel like I was lucky I did not make a deal with these shady people. I would NEVER go back there and will tell everyone I know about their disgusting, shady practices. More

Bought a '95 Golf from them. It was wet inside but they said it was because they had just shampooed the car. The truth is the car has a serious leak and the interior gets soaked every time it rains. We've had it back in twice to get this fixed, both times they kept the car for a week - with no results. This last time they just opened up a 1.5 inch hole in the bottom of the car so the water could drain out and left it that way. They called that a fix, we'll see what our lawyer says. T Roberts More

Took our Passat in for its first oil change. I had heard they were not trustworthy so I marked my oil filter. Sure enough when I got it back the OLD FILTER WAS STILL ON! The Service Writer said "No, I have your old filter right over here." Not wanting to deal with their lies anymore I left. I eventually got my money back but would NEVER go back there even if the service was free. If you dare go there, mark your parts to be sure they get changed or risk being ripped off. More

I went to this dealer to look for a trckk. I had a trade-in but they would only give me$500.00 So I Kept this vehicle. later which i sold for 2150. Adam told me it required a safety inspection. 3 days later i was notified that this truck did not pass the inspection, due to the transmission was bad. I then went back to the dealer to cancel my contract. However 1 day after that I found the same truck with the exact vin# posted on the internet for 15999. I called the service desk and all that was done was new tires and brakes. This is not a dealer I would deal with. very unhonest and untrustworthy. More
