Arranged a time to view a vehicle a week ahead because I was driving from a long distance. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy, had a punctured tire so I could test drive and to add insult to injury, the was driving from a long distance. Gets better, 2 days later the internet sales manager call me and want to make it right. Promised to have the tire fixed and cleaned and would send me new pictures. Never recieved the pictures and accidentally texts me to come this afternoon knowing I live far. Clearly that was for another customer. What a debacle. More

I went there because they had the truck that I like , when I contact the dealer the assigned Allan Infante to help us the guy was very unprofessional he left us for like 2 hours waiting in the lobby, bec when I contact the dealer the assigned Allan Infante to help us the guy was very unprofessional he left us for like 2 hours waiting in the lobby, becuase it was more important another clients, when he finally decided to help us he made me fill up my application I guess he was to busy to do it un very unhappy with the costumer service.. even that the next day we had to bring the truck ...
