John was honest and straight with us and the other gentleman that handled the paperwork (I can't remember his name) explained all the numbers in an understandable manner. I never felt pressured nor got a sense of manipulation; it was pretty much up front and honest (no "back room" or "talking to the manager"). Seemed like they took pride in the quality of the used cars they sold. They got a ding on customer service because we called before arriving and got no answer, not even an answering machine/voicemail system. Their other ding on quality of work was everything was done "the old fashioned" way by writing in paper forms, which slowed down things a bit, but might say that's not a bad thing. Would buy from them again if they have something we are looking for. More
