Gilbert was my shuttle driver. He made my day with his pleasant and courteous demeanor as well as quickly and promptly picking me up when my car was ready. The service staff quickly serviced my car. I had considered going to a dealership right by my home, but I was treated so poorly I chose to go the distance to Reed Hyundai. More

I was told service was running late and it would be 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours. It ended up being 2 and 1/2 hours. I wish he had been more accurate in his estimate. Also I had called in to service a couple of wee 1 and 1/2 hours. It ended up being 2 and 1/2 hours. I wish he had been more accurate in his estimate. Also I had called in to service a couple of weeks earlier to find out the service interval and was told it was 7,500 miles. When I brought the car in for service I was then told it was 6,000 miles. Not very happy with that. More
First somewhat disappointing experience in over 4 years… I was never called about a part that they ordered and I paid for back in June until I called them a couple weeks ago. I stopped in on the 8th to report a broken piston on tail gate. Technician (B.....) was extremely rude and should be fired told me they were very busy and I had to make an appointment with the service desk. gate. He said he would order the piston and it would be there when I made an appointment., I returned on 23rd and met with Jordan. She was extremely helpful but after 4 hours including lunch break for them, I was told that they would have to order the part and will let me know. Totally, I was there waiting from 9 to 1:40 that day. I also had 4 other warranty items for them to check and none of those were handled either. Wasted my complete day. Again Jordan was great but the service department sucks and needs help quick. If they were so busy, why did I see 3 men sitting in the service bay for hours and not do anything other than constantly going to the soda machine and getting drinks. It appears I will have to go elsewhere for service. More
Great experience. Someone greets you when you drive into the service bay and even opens the door in for you. Someone came by and handed me the remote if I wanted to watch TV. 8:15 Oil change and tire rotation. Kept car overnight, not a good experience. Understand being short on help, was told it would take 1 1/2 hrs.
