Terrible I had an appt for oil chg at 1:15 car didn't get done to 3:10! They gave me all these excuses about recalls and being behind, but not once did they te I had an appt for oil chg at 1:15 car didn't get done to 3:10! They gave me all these excuses about recalls and being behind, but not once did they tell me they were running behind! It took an hr just to put my car on lift while it was just sitting in stall. Totally disrespectful especially when there was only 1 other person waiting and i should of been given priority for waiting!!! Didn't even offer to get me a loaner car so I can pick my 10 yr old up from school on time. So pissed off More

Had a 7:15 a.m. appointment for a simple brake job, which has ne Figured out why the service advisor personnel has turned over every time I go back. Had a 7:15 a.m. appointment for a simple brake job, which has never taken more than a day, at this dealer or anywhere else. It got to the end of the first day and they had not diagnosed me. They did not call to tell me that, and did not return my calls. Finally a call to the service manager paid off, and they told me that they had cars with 7:15 appointments the previous day they had not diagnosed yet. Despite that, they had another 50 appointments for my day they took and could not see. I asked how many appointments they had set for the next day and they said, "looks like they are going to set the regular 35-50". So it took 3 days to get my car back (they finished at the last minute on day 2 but I had a rental car and couldn't get switched and there in time to get it on day 2. The communication was terrible, and its obvious this dealer is not about customer service. More
Service department is useless I made a service appointment for 4:30 on a friday. I brought my car in, gave them my information, and agreed to leave it overnight because they overbo I made a service appointment for 4:30 on a friday. I called at noon the next day and they said my car was next in line. They called me at 3:00 and said they couldn't look at it until Monday. What the xxxx is an appointment for if it takes them 72 hours to even look at the car??? More

Waited for 6 hours for my car to not even be looked at! I Made an appointment online for 6/27 for 11:30AM. Even set up a shuttle request to take me to work. Arrived there around 11:20 AM. Was told By Thomas Crotty that the shuttle service was already back up and he had already have 4 people waiting. The best option to find your own ride to work to make sure you are not late. I had my BOSS come pick me up. He told me they would look at the car right away and give me a call if I haven't heard from him by 5:00 PM give him a call because they close at 6:00pm. Around 4 30 pm I gave them a call. Was told that I would get a call back soon. ANother 35 min went by so I called time was (520 they were closing at 6) was informed that they did not have any updates for me. I decided to get a ride to the dealership and when I arrived they made me wait 25 min to inform me that MY CAR THAT WAS WITH THEM FOR 6 HOURS HAS NOT EVEN BEEN LOOKED AT. UNBELIEVABLE. DO not come here. I picked this place because how high rated this was I go 30 Miles OUT OF MY WAY to come here. Thanks guys More

He answers all questions, if he doesn't know the answer, he finds out for you.. We would recommend him to anybody looking for a service tech. We give him a 5 star rating. We have only owned my new Hyundai Azera a few months, as long as I get the professionalism I have received so far , we will be very pleased.. More
