Too long for repair Took 7 days to repair my car. First 2 days it sat with nobody touching it. Then 2 days plus a weekend to get parts. Finally got it done a week later. Took 7 days to repair my car. A total hassle dealing with enterprise as the dealership does not have loaner cars. Poor communication with me as I was promised calls to update the status. I had to call for status each day only to be told they haven’t got it looked at or that parts were on order. I had to pay for the comp/ collision insurance on the rental for 7 days to talking over $100. This was a warranty repair so I was out $100 for a defect in the car. More
