Could be better I took my car in for a tune up and oil change they called me and said severa lights where out i declined to fix them at that time when i picked up my I took my car in for a tune up and oil change they called me and said severa lights where out i declined to fix them at that time when i picked up my car none of my fluids were topped off and i asked for it to be washed that wasn’t done either and my car stayed overnight they had plenty time to make sure everything was done correctly and wasn’t, ALSO i had to wait 30 mins for my keys because no one knew where my car was. Very bad experience all together More
Oil Change / Tire Rotation I knew I would have to wait for an oil change and a tire rotation but I didn't realize it would take 1 hour 45 minutes. Plus, I had to go up to the service desk after this time frame and check on my car. When I looked out, it was finished but no one came to the waiting area to inform me. *Yes they knew I waiting because he came to ask me a question earlier. Other than that, everyone was friendly. I also appreciate the fact of noting for future repairs that are not due yet but to be mindful of the next service that other repairs may be needed at that time but not to worry about it this visit. Engine Replacement Gabriel and the rest of the service team took great care of me when I encountered a warranty issue with my car requiring the engine be replaced. Altho Gabriel and the rest of the service team took great care of me when I encountered a warranty issue with my car requiring the engine be replaced. Although it wasn't a quick process to go through corporate, the Reed Hyundai team were wonderful to work with. They got me in a car during the repair period and took care of the repair as quickly as they could. My car runs great and I'm thankful to Gabriel and the other team members I worked with for their professional care. More
They weren't able to replace my key fob Not able fix problem. Key fob needed to be replaced. They tried but couldn't fix it.
