When the job was finished, I checked under the hood. 5 retaining clips for the side engine compartment covers were missing and the radiator fluid and windshield wiper fluids had not been checked / refilled. The service tech fixed all three issues, but it does not give me confidence in the mechanics when the "small stuff" isn't squared away. More

I had to make several calls and finally was told, yes it is ready. I had shuttled to my home after dropping the car off at 8:30 that morning. I asked if the shuttle was on its way and was told it would be picking me up shortly. Waited an hour and a half, called again. Was getting steamed at that point. By the time I was picked up and got home it was 6:00 pm. The entire day was shot for a simple oil change, tire rotation and balance. If I had stayed at the service center, I probably could have been home by noon. Poor communication More

The little things Serviceman offered me coffee and donuts but the parts guy carried off the last.They were not replenished during the hour I was there. After I left the dealership I discovered the old service sticker was still on my front windshield. Not a big deal but this is what separates the men from the boys. More
Not what I expected I am somewhat disappointed by this last visit. We have a Tire and Wheel Warranty as well as a recently purchased Vehicle Extended Warranty. I just had I am somewhat disappointed by this last visit. We have a Tire and Wheel Warranty as well as a recently purchased Vehicle Extended Warranty. I just had the 45000 mile service completed including 4 new tires and an alignment for our 2014 Hyundai Azera. After this last service I noticed one of the wheels had some delamination on the wheel. Some of the other wheels have some curb rash also. I call In and was talking to Thomas who told me to bring the car in to have it looked at. When I arrived on the Service Drive,, Thomas indicated that he thought the curb rash would probably be covered, but we delamination probably would not. I waited around for him to make a call to find out what might be covered. He came back with a thumbs down and said nothing was covered. I asked about the factory warranty about the wheels. He didn’t seem to really know the guidelines of the warranty. He also didn’t seem interested in finding the answer. I was a service advisor for 17 years. I would never tell a customer I don’t know the answer without finding the answer or finding a solution to a problem. Needless to say I’m a little disappointed in this visit. I would like some guidelines as to what might or might not be covered with my wheels on our car. Hopefully somebody can give me that information. Normally I’m very happy with the service I receive with our Hyundai. This is an exception and I hope something can be resolved. My experience The customer service was excellent! However the person that serviced my car DID NOT re-set the panel-dashboard. It is still showing "negative" as far The customer service was excellent! However the person that serviced my car DID NOT re-set the panel-dashboard. It is still showing "negative" as far as when service is needed again. That happened the last time may car was serviced as well and I had to return to have it re-set. Guess the gentlemen just "forgets" to reset panel. Hopefully it wont mess up anything as the next time I'll be there will be with my next "service" appointment. More
