Simply amazing I will always come back here!! I’m a teacher and it was the end of the year, so with all the stress I’d end of the year prep, trying to pay for servic I will always come back here!! I’m a teacher and it was the end of the year, so with all the stress I’d end of the year prep, trying to pay for service in my car was the furthest thing in my list. Working with reed was amazing!! They knew that I was in a financial bind and worked with me on the price so that I could be safe in the road. They cared more about my safety and my vehicle than making money. Love this! More

why have an appointment? I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced on a Tuesday morning 1045am to look at a recall on my car. when I called they said they would g I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced on a Tuesday morning 1045am to look at a recall on my car. when I called they said they would get this done same day turnaround. I dropped my car off, keys in the key slot, on Tuesday morning before the center opened. I didn't hear from Dean in the service center at all during the day and called him around 3pm to get an update on my vehicle. I was tranferred around, left on hold for over ten minutes, hung up, and called again. When I finally got to Dean, I was then told that they hadn't gotten to my vehicle today and asked if I could try again tomorrow. What's the point of having a service appointment if I had to wait for his convenience anyway? Would I have had to wait if I were in store as well? I reluctantly agreed to pick up my car Wednesday after they had serviced it. The next day around mid day (over 24 hrs after my appointment) I received a call that I thought was Dean telling me my vehicle was ready, instead he pushed to sell me some kind of cleaning service for an additional $300. This is extremely frustrating that they can't get my service done on time and then tried to hustle more money out of me with frivolous services. He said they were just getting to me and it would be ready to pick up in a few hours. I work in customer service and this feels like poor customer service to me. More

Don r routine maintenance I scheduled the service a few days in advance but it still took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change Dean was very helpful getting everything taken care of for me. I needed my bluetooth reset and he fixed it.
