oil consumption test I am not sure yet if I would recommend you. I am doing our second oil consumption test. The first test was when you had another owner and they did not track the oil added properly...so...here we go again. I emailed Tammy Nerad telling her my car was very low on oil and that I needed to add a quart before I could move it. She said ok and that she would let the service department know. I even sent her pictures of the dip stick, oil and cash receipt. SHE DID NOT TELL THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SO IT DID NOT GO IN MY RECORDS!!!!!!! I learned my lesson so when my car was low again I brought it to you to have you add the oil. When I came the second time (at 834 miles out) I asked for proof of the oil being added. The mechanic simply hand wrote on my service receipt "1 qt oil added". He did not sign his name. I told him I could have done that but I was on my lunch hour and could not stand around to argue with him about it. He told me they keep records in the back. (sorry - records in the back is not proof for the customer.) Please understand my hesitation to trust your process. My car is drinking oil like a dehydrated camel. My car is using one quart every 800 miles. It is a pain in the neck to have to bring it in to you guys just to have oil added. At first I loved my car but now I am thinking Hyundai's are lemons. More
Went in for recalls twice. Both times one recall was not com Taken in twice for same recall and still not completed. Had it overnight first time and all day the next. Not completed YET.
