Horrible This is not the first time I had and issue with them. This is the second time I have had an issue with them. First they charged me $111 for a diagnost This is not the first time I had and issue with them. This is the second time I have had an issue with them. First they charged me $111 for a diagnostic to see what the rattling noise was on my car. They told me the rattle noise was the cabin air filter not being closed all the way. So I believed him being as I was naive to the situation. Soon as I park the car home I hear the rattling noise again. So I am beyond pissed for paying for service that didn’t get fixed. I’m done dealing with this location. I would not recommend them to nobody. More

I went in for a trunk latch I went in to get my trunk latch replaced and ended up waiting a week for my car. My service Rep Nick was Really respectful and kept me up to date. extremely disappointed I went in for a recall issue and an oil change. I also had an issue with a tire sensor. My first issue is that they didn’t have any loner vehicles, th I went in for a recall issue and an oil change. I also had an issue with a tire sensor. My first issue is that they didn’t have any loner vehicles, they only wanted to rent me a vehicle while my car was being worked on. Any way to make an extra buck right? They wanted to charge me like 3 times the price for sensor and 3 days or more to wait so I said no to that. So I was only charged for the oil change which was over $50 for conventional oil which is ridiculous. On top of all of that, they did such a crappy job that they didn’t tighten the oil plug right and subsequently the oil in my car ended up all over my driveway. I took my car to Valvoline and paid for a completely new oil change and received a new air filter for less than $50. I would never visit this dealer again. More
Left car there all day, service was rushed at the end of day I brought my Veloster in for a recall and an oil change. Made an appointment to drop my car off at 7:15am. When dropping my car off, I asked about a quote for replacing my front bumper, which I was told was no problem. I was told of an oil change offer that at the second tier price, basically made a tire rotation free, so I opted for that. They asked when I needed the car back by, told them whenever it was finished but absolutely needed it by 3:30. Never heard anything all day, received a call at 3:05p saying they were just now getting my car into the garage. 20 mins later they called to say the car was finished and ready for pickup. Upon picking the car up, there was no quote for the bumper, and the tires had not been rotated. The car had been at the dealership for 8 hours yet that wasn’t enough time for the simple service and request I brought my car in for. I have brought my car here multiple times, making appointments each time, and every single time it takes literally 2+ hours minimum for my car to even be moved Into the garage for service. Making an appointment seems to not make any difference in the time that the car will be there. More

Great service I needed a jack and spare tire kit for my Elantra. The kit doesn't have the small tire. Had to buy that too. Then I needed it mounted to the wheel.
