Unexpected visit to Reed Hyundai Stopped in to find the reason for low tire pressure. Fit me in their schedule and put the car on the rack. Found a 1 inch nail in rear left. Nice people but you’ll be waiting awhile I still don’t understand why I need an appointment if I still have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Two hours? I understand it’s not Jiffy Lube but I still don’t understand why I need an appointment if I still have to wait 2 hours for an oil change. Two hours? Not the best visit It’s hard for me to give more stars.. I’ve been coming here the last few years since we moved and always try to make excuses to go back but this last It’s hard for me to give more stars.. Everyone is always very friendly and I know the staff works hard to accommodate everyone but it seems like some of the service staff has really just gotten lazy. It’s sad and frustrating because I want to trust the dealership to do my work but am at the point where I’m not sure that I can. More
