Got scheduled promptly, in and out for service in reasonable time. Service staff was courteous and friendly. I have no complaints regarding the quality of your work. But recently customer service as been truly lousy. I was scheduled for service for the recall was checked in and told it would be about 2 hours becau But recently customer service as been truly lousy. I was scheduled for service for the recall was checked in and told it would be about 2 hours because they were running behind. 3 hours later I was told that the work could not be done because the computer was not updated. I was told I could get the car wash I didn't get the time before that only to be asked as I'm walking to my car after a 3 hour wait that if I still wanted my car washed they could do that for me. I declined and was told that I would be among the first to be called when the recall was updated. Well 2-3 weeks later I called to check regarding the recall because I was informed by a relative that they had gotten theirs done there a week ago. Sure enough I was given a time to come in and have it done. The customer's time is just as important to them as Reed Hyundai repair is to them. If I had come in 3 hours late my appointment would not have been honored. I purchased a service contract that supposedly included a car wash whenever I came in that I have yet to been able to use. I don't know if it's Covid or new employees but the customer service sucks! More
