Honor What Was Quoted! I had referenced a previous quote given for $250 for front brakes in addition to the warranty work that had a $100 deductible. The Total Was $432.24! I had referenced a previous quote given for $250 for front brakes in addition to the warranty work that had a $100 deductible. The Total Was $432.24! The CSR said he would honor the previous quote but then tacked on a Shop charge of $35 stating it was for misc. expenses and for customers additional discounts and car washes. Here is the RUB... I've been to this dealership 3 times and have NEVER had my car washed. When you have a $100 deductible you shouldn't have to pay an additional Shop Charge. Why am I paying for someone else's discounts? Honor What Was Quoted! More

Please, please pass it on. I gave you a poor rating for several reasons. I brought my Santa Fe in for service at 9:00. Went to sales center to ask for an appraisal on my car as I wanted to trade it in for a Tucson. I cam to pick up the car in the late afternoon and no appraisal had been done. I called the next day and talked with another sales person, who gave me an appraisal of $7-9,000 for a 2015 Santa Fe with 52,000 miles. Obviously I went somewhere else and got $12,000 for a trade in and a great price on a 2018 Tucson. Don't know how you stay in business. More

Another Hyundai dealer in the area (McCarthy Hyundai) where the vehicle was Reed Hyundai got me in for a service appointment within 3 days of my call! Another Hyundai dealer in the area (McCarthy Hyundai) where the vehicle was leased from, advised it would be 3 weeks or more before they could get me in and really could not have cared less in the attitude they relayed on the phone. Reed Hyundai got the issue fixed in just a few hours and I was on my way! More
