Didn’t believe me when I told them what was wrong with my car, didn’t have a loaner ready when I told them I would need one (twice). I am very concerned that in all the years we’ve had our car I haven’t seen the same service advisor twice. The turnover there is out of control. What did bother me though, as he told me if I didn’t replace my brake pads now, there was risk of having an accident, especially this winter, due to ABS. I was in the car business for 25 years and I have never used scare tactics to sell a service. He also didn’t know costs accurately and the price kept changing as he was describing the repairs. He said he was trying to do the math in his head. We purchased the car there. We’ve never had it serviced any place else. We even bought our tires there so we have the free tire rotation as needed. It’s just discouraging that the service isn’t meeting expectations. There was one service advisor a couple years ago that I just absolutely thought was the best. But he was gone by the time I came back for my next service. More
