Thankfully they were pretty quick considering that they seemed to be understaffed and there was a child throwing a ball off the wall, so I did not have to sit there all that long. The check via text was fantastic. It is great to be met immediately by a service representative the moment you drive in to the service dock. Replaced four ties and balanced in approximately 2 hrs. I opted to wait until my next service appointment concerned I would receive pressure to get this additional service. That never happened, after opting out no one tried to pressure me to pay extra.
