we dropped our car off at 8:30AM with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation it took you crappy service department 6 1/2 later to finish up the car and ontop of that they broke a struat on the c an oil change and tire rotation it took you crappy service department 6 1/2 later to finish up the car and ontop of that they broke a struat on the car. You have they worst service department i have ever dealt with they are rude and do not tell the truth when you call in for an up date I will never bring any of my cars back to your dealer ship again. Nor will I ever by another Hyundai product. When I called to find out why it was taking so long twice your service people hung up on me. Reed Hyundai is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. More

Very disappointed... I was sent several emails from informing me thata my car needing to be serviced for a tune up, factory recall and oil change... i also added a a/c recharge as well.. The appointmen informing me thata my car needing to be serviced for a tune up, factory recall and oil change... i also added a a/c recharge as well.. The appointment was scheduled a little over a week in advance. Only to arrive and be told that only an oil chage and recall could be done... my time is valuable and Reed Hyundai didnt acknowledge this... im currently looking to trade this vehicle or find another dealership to service it... The crew was friendly & professional that I met & that were going to look at my vehicle. I was told it would be about an hour before they could get to my vehicle. A bit of a nuisance, but not a huge deal. i just went to look at the current vehicle inventory. I got done looking at cars & went to sit in the waiting area. After sitting there for 20 minutes of more, I got up to go ask for an ETA for my car to be ready. They saw me coming & let me know the vehicle was ready. I have no idea how long it had been ready or how long I would’ve been left to sit there. Seems like they should’ve called or texted me to let me know my vehicle was done. Or make an announcement for me to return to the service department? Lastly... on my feedback sheet, there was a box checked that a fluid level was a concern but there was no indication which fluid it was. Kind of defeats the purpose. More
