I didn’t realize that I was passed you on my oil change. I called in when I realized it and it was a Saturday and we’re getting ready to leave town and I was told I could get it right in. When I arrived I was greeted by the guy out on the service drive. Really nice guy. He even reminded me that I left my phone in the car and I might need it while the car is being serviced. I certainly appreciated that. I was waiting on the car and was hoping it wouldn’t take very long. I was pleasantly surprised that I was in an out in a little over an hour. Had to oil change the tires rotated and then they recommended the cabin filter and the engine air filter which I had replaced More

Once it was established that Hyundai would fix the car under recall it was fixed quickly. I was advised that the service appointment would cost $99. When the vehicle was checked and additional $150+ was necessary. I wish they had explained all this to me since the $400 was due to mileage and they obviously knew what my mileage was when the emailed me 5 times about making and confirming my appointment. Great Service. Service personnel went above and beyond to make my visit for service perfect. Change oil and filter, and reapplied Zurich coating on the car exterior. Service scheduling was easy and check-in was easy. they sent lots of reminders via email and text. Work was performed quickly and waiting room was comfortable and social distancing was being fol they sent lots of reminders via email and text.
