This has been a I purchased a car from this dealership on November 30th 2025 in $13,500 cash. only to have it become undrivable in less than a week. This has been a nightmare of dishonesty and negligence. At the sale, the salesman assured me the car was good and strong. claiming a full inspection and fluid flanges through their mechanic shop. The reality was starkly different: on the 5th day of ownership, the computer thinks the trunk is open, making the center screen unusable for anything else, the backup camera won’t pop out and the trunk cannot be opened from the outside. check engine light is on and switches from yellow to red and it has an oil pressure warning. The EPC light is also on. They kept the car for four days (Friday-Monday) for repairs, changing only a sensor. Despite a 30 day warranty with a 50/50 cost split with the dealership for parts and labor, they actually only gave me 30% off which I only discovered when I had to hassle them for the invoice of repairs. On my 5-mile drive home, the warnings lit up again. The next day, it stalled repeatedly at startup and the dashboard lit up red with a "STOP! DO NOT DRIVE" warning, which the manual states is for risk of catastrophic engine failure. The dealership's response has been appalling: · They drove the car 15 miles after being told to tow it. despite the "do not drive" warning. It also took them 24 hours to pick it up from a Wendy’s parking lot. · They've dodged calls and emails, given contradictory stories, and floated new repair costs from $500 to $1,300 before claiming it's "fine." · They finally agreed to reverse the deal—but only if I take a $1,645 loss, and only after a 40-50 day wait for the title. After a week and a half to put this agreement in writing, They then told me to remove the unsafe car from their lot, do not call them anymore and do not come on the property. It now sits in the driveway as the most expensive lawn ornament I’ve ever purchased. In total, I had a functional car for 5 days. They have shown no urgency to fix the broken vehicle they sold me and seem to be running out the clock. Save yourself the immense hassle and risk. Go anywhere else. Clearing warning codes is not a repair. Currently waiting until after the holidays to have a real mechanic diagnose the many issues and give me a real cost to fix this mess. I’ll update this later with the repair costs. More
