I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars. I was in the market for a 2023 Kia Carnival EX. I placed a deposit in mid January with Kalidy. The originally told me it would be delivered on 2/2. I was in the market for a 2023 Kia Carnival EX. I placed a deposit in mid January with Kalidy. The originally told me it would be delivered on 2/2. That was quickly pushed back to 2/12. After that date passed, the dealership essentially went no contact with me. Each time I called, I was sent to a voicemail and a random person would call me back days later to give me some random excuse as to why the vehicle I put a down payment on was not yet available. I expressed multiple times to them that waiting for delivery was not an issue for me, but that the lack of communication was an issue. I was finally put in touch with the manager, Jordan, who expressed his apologies, and promised to remain in constant contact with me. Jordan then told me (over a month after I placed my deposit) that the car I originally placed a deposit on had been sold out from underneath me. I told Jordan I understood that this was not their fault, but that I was upset that this had not been communicated to me sooner. Jordan promised to continue his search for the vehicle I wanted and was going to call me the following day by 6pm. The following day, what do you know? No contact. I called the dealership again the following day and spoke with a salesperson named Jordan, who started to slander “Bob Moore Kia” as the dealership who sold the car out from underneath me. I then called Bob Moore who stated they never received anything from Kalidy regarding a vehicle. When I asked the sales person Jordan about this, she told me that was not the truth, and that a request had been sent. I asked for a copy of the paperwork that was sent to Bob Moore, and she said she would send it to me. (she never sent it) The following day I reached out again to speak with the manager, Jordan. He went on his rant once again about how another dealership had sold the car out from under me, blah blah blah, that dealership is so terrible. So I told Jordan that I had spoken with Bob Moore and explained what they said to me. He quickly back peddled and denied that the request was made with that dealership. He said that it was actually a dealership in Beaumont, TX named Classic Kia. Once again I asked for a copy of the paperwork making this request. Once again I was told Kalidy would send it to me, and once again I never received it. It’s very clear to me that Kalidy never requested this vehicle for me. I did call Classic Kia, who was more than willing to help me in my vehicle search. They were able to get me the exact make and model I was looking for, at less than what Kalidy was going to sell it to me for, gave me more for my trade in, AND delivered it to me for free. ALL BEFORE KALIDY COULD EVEN CALL ME BACK. The ONLY positive experience I had with Kalidy was the great referral they gave me to another dealership. STEER CLEAR of this dealership. More

Never buy a car from Kalidy kia, they sell you a car and the shifter magically doesn’t work the day after you purchase the vehicle. Then you have to wait weeks to get it serviced just for them to tell you t the shifter magically doesn’t work the day after you purchase the vehicle. Then you have to wait weeks to get it serviced just for them to tell you the parts not covered under the warranty after they looked at the car and they are gonna charge you $300 for telling you what’s broken when you already knew. More
The good: They gave me an excellent trade value price and it was easy haggling, not horribly pressured, and that's the only reason they even get 2 stars. The bad: There was a lot. The finance person was an absolute condescending jerk, from personal bizzare insults, to literal bad mouthing other employees, and also making borderline threats/using fear to pressure me into purchasing warranties etc. Absolutely horrible experience after I had already signed to purchase the vehicle. He tried to rip me off and give me an interest rate 3x my other interest rate on my second vehicle purchased recently, and I have literally excellent credit and put 95% down on the vehicle I was purchasing. I'm active duty military, and will be warning people of this dealership. Awful experience. They also sold me my vehicle with less than the legal amount of tread on the tires to be on the road. Still finding random undisclosed damage on my "lightly used one owner" vehicle. Lesson learned, don't buy a vehicle at night without light. They were supposed to detail the vehicle, and after my second trip back to the dealership and over 10 hours lost to scheduling around them, it still was fairly disgusting in terms of cleanliness. Overall, this was just a bizarre and terrible experience. Go somewhere else. I ended up having to put a bunch of money into tires immediately and then detailing the car myself, as I live out of state. Don't put yourself through it, I can't believe how bad it was. P.S. I don't usually leave bad reviews. This was just too bad for me not to let other people, as well as the dealership/management know. (If they look at these) It seriously has bothered me for over a month since I purchased the vehicle, that's how bad it was. Pro tip, look at dealership reviews. They have a massive amount of 1 star reviews. Sort by lowest. More
Started out with Super Friendly Lady named Jennifer saying just give Kalidy a chance, so I did. First time in my life I did have to pay over Kia sticker, but after going back & forth with 3 other Dealers a Mgr-Jordan said what's it going to take & he Helped me Beat them ALL by at least a few hundred bucks, BOTH Friendly dudes & Thank the Lord Parker gave me a cell phone # because driving K5 home it kept warning me about lane lines & he told me how to Turn it Off....****Sabih & Corey: take them ALL 3 to eat at Cattleman's because they're the Main Reason I bought from you & ps-Finance advisor-Jason W did Not pressure on buying 4 extra items either, but I'm good up to 100K & Love my K5**** More
