My most recent experience wasn’t great. Every visit prior to this one had been good and the staff interactions excellent. This time an employee named Paige was a problem and I will be going Every visit prior to this one had been good and the staff interactions excellent. This time an employee named Paige was a problem and I will be going somewhere else to service my Kia. She shouldn’t be in a customer service position or in service at all. In addition, I tried to check in with someone inside the dealership to consult them about my current warranty and was never contacted until I told the receptionist that I was leaving and only then did I receive any attention and by that time I couldn’t wait to leave. I was so disappointed and frustrated with the service or lack of service and communication that I wasn’t go to spend another minute at the dealership. I’ll be looking for another place to take care of my Kia. More
