Even pre-owned the car should have been sold with the portable charger it came with when new. More

Even though I did not buy my Kia from Kalidy, I had them take off the other (non Kia dealer) and put a Kalidy sticker on the back. Everyone was nice, I was a grumpy pants because the transmission failed at 52k. Did you know that when you buy a used car from a dealer, the manufacturer warranty is no longer valid. I do not know if that is totally true, but I will not be going back to Joe Cooper in Yukon. But…. I did buy the premier extended Warranty and my transmission is still covered until 85k. It took about two weeks to get my car back, but it feels awesome on the no feel shifting now. Andrew was my Service Advisor and he really took care of me. But I did not get a loaner, so I took a two week staycation. All is well now. I have not even opened the hood to look at the new transmission. That is how confident in Kalidy Kia of Edmond. More
