Cheated me on the price of the car. Tried to tell me the gap plus is a front item, but it's not. Tried to say my credit union requires it but they do not I went there and asked. Two different finance managers told me two different things. Things added should NOT be rolled into the price , it should be itemized line for line. Now I have to pay more taxes on the car that was supposed to be a different price More

They 'fixed' my issue only for it to go right back to what it was doing. I think they were more motivated to just give me my car back without a loaner than actually addressing the issue that not even two what it was doing.
