I had a 1:00 pm appointment for an oil change/tire rotation and waited for it, assuming it would be fairly quick. They didn’t get around to finishing it until 4:00 pm. Not sure why I bothered making a rotation and waited for it, assuming it would be fairly quick. They didn’t get around to finishing it until 4:00 pm. Everyone was so polite. I was offered bottled water immediately. Because it was so busy, I was told that I could sit in the showroom if I would like. Again, everyone was so I was offered bottled water immediately. Because it was so busy, I was told that I could sit in the showroom if I would like. Again, everyone was so professional and polite. I was contacted during the service to ask permission before doing anything not agreed upon up front. They were fast! They washed my car which was so amazing!! Thank you!! Would recommend your service to anyone. More
This has been an actual nightmare, I've had 3 financing agreements so far. Going in for my fourth today, the terms of these agreements have changed drastically and not in my favor. When I first asked for a agreements so far. Going in for my fourth today, the terms of these agreements have changed drastically and not in my favor. When I first asked for a purchase agreement I was getting all the bells and whistles for just over 22,000... this last agreement I signed after being told it was a small restructuring was 22000, but I was getting just gap and the service contract. How does paint protection, friends for life, service contracts and everything else total to 22,000.. but after a month of stress and tinker refusing the loan because we're first time buyers result in Austin submitting an inflated version of that loan where I get less benefit. I've also had the pleasure this morning of discovering that dear Austin decided communicating an urgent notice by email only was a good choice. This last email he advised we could do longer ignore them and that they would have to arrange to take the car back. How do you think it is reasonable to communicate that souly through email? And the audacity to advise Terry Perry no longer works there, and then turn around and CC him in that email. Your dealership is awful and has some serious compliance issues. Terry Perry. Yeah that guy sent me another woman's financing documents. We're talking name address phone number everything. Terrible business. The only decent employee was TJ like give that man a raise. More
I was pleased with the salesman. When I got to finance I was there for 4.5 hours! I got the feeling he did not know what he was doing. When I got to finance I was there for 4.5 hours! I got the feeling he did not know what he was doing. More
