We went to see a specific vehicle. Called Monday morning before driving 1.5 hours to make sure it was available. It was confirmed that it was. When we got there a lot of time was spent looking for the keys. After a while we were told it was sold. We went with a different vehicle that needed some things done. We were first told it would be done that Friday. Did not receive any information unless I called to find out what was going on. The car was not done Friday. It was then changed to Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no call. I waited. Called on Thursday and spoke with a manager who then said he would give a time for car delivery by the next morning. The next morning came and went. No call. I called Kalidy and the manager that said he would call was not even scheduled to work that day. I didn’t receive the car until Friday evening. When I received the car it was not detailed. We Had to hire someone to do it. And I got the charge for the turnpike. More

Had a good experience overall but it took several hours to complete the transaction. I did not finance the vehicle and was asked several times if I really wanted to buy the car outright which was strange to complete the transaction. The biggest problem I have is that it took a very long time to get the title in the mail. When I called in reference to this I was told that because I paid by check it takes over two weeks to clear and I know that is not true because I worked at a bank for 9 years. More
