I have no way of submitting what else is needed. I have already gotten rid of my other car and spent money on this new one. Here I am and Kalidy is closed. I was led into the showroom and was told to wait there. I set at one of the white tables the chair was uncomfortable and it was cold in there. The salesperson was friendly, but my experience with the sales/finance manager, Justin, was disappointing. He was condescending and spoke down to me. I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle, but their interest rate was higher than what I was able to secure through another source, so I chose to use my credit union for financing. Justin stated that they would be better off selling the car at auction since they wouldn’t make any money from me because I wasn’t financing through them. Because of that interaction, I did not contact them again. However, the salesperson later reached out to me wanting to make a deal. I made an offer and then waited three more days before they responded and accepted it. After that, it took another two days to try to complete the purchase, even though my funds were already available for them through the CUDL system. Then another finance person, Austin, tried to tell me that my funding amount was less and that the interest rate was much higher than what I had originally been told through my bank. If the vehicle they had wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, I would not have purchased from them. I would not choose to do business with them again. I would recommend that anyone who does work with them carefully read all the paperwork and stand your ground. More
