It took entirely too long to get through the sales and purchase process. Our sales person was fine but they were also working with other clients at the same time while other sales people appeared to not h purchase process. Our sales person was fine but they were also working with other clients at the same time while other sales people appeared to not have clients. Because of this, we didn't always feel like a priority and the multitasking delayed the process. At the time we were ready to purchase, there was a lack of transparency with the pricing of the vehicle and some of the dealer incentives. The dealership needs to be more clear with the online pricing. That caused some frustration for us and led to us paying almost $4k more than we wanted to for the vehicle. Had to wait almost an hour to meet with the person to wrap up financing well past the dealership's closing. The financing person once we were able to see them was great and that was probably the fastest and easiest part. More
