We went to see a specific vehicle. Called Monday morning before driving 1.5 hours to make sure it was available. It was confirmed that it was. We were first told it would be done that Friday. Did not receive any information unless I called to find out what was going on. The car was not done Friday. It was then changed to Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no call. I waited. Called on Thursday and spoke with a manager who then said he would give a time for car delivery by the next morning. The next morning came and went. No call. I called Kalidy and the manager that said he would call was not even scheduled to work that day. I didn’t receive the car until Friday evening. When I received the car it was not detailed. We Had to hire someone to do it. And I got the charge for the turnpike. More

Had a good experience overall but it took several hours to complete the transaction. I did not finance the vehicle and was asked several times if I really wanted to buy the car outright which was strange to complete the transaction. When I called in reference to this I was told that because I paid by check it takes over two weeks to clear and I know that is not true because I worked at a bank for 9 years. More
