I have had my car at Kalidy Kia for over 150 days. They've told me that I needed to diagnose the problem and tell them what it is and how to fix it. I took my car down to another service tech that I have known for over 40 years. He drove my car for less than a half a mile and diagnosed it as an exhaust resonator. Kalidy Kia has torn my engine apart from top to bottom and told me that they don't know what the problem is. They've even told me that it was a rattling in my glove compartment. I have googled exhaust resignation problem, and it is a simplified in a fairly simple fix. Brandon has gone so far as to tell me that he did not want to spend a lot of money on this repair. Ray, the technician even told me that he heard the problem the first time but now the second time he says it is rattling in my glove compartment that I needed to take things out so they didn't rattle. Totally untrue. There's nothing in my glove compartment that rattles and make a noise like an exhaust resignation noise. Totally inefficient. More
I enjoyed my car buying experience although I felt like it took a bit longer than it should have. We knew what we wanted we we got there and it still took over 4 1/2 hrs to get everything completed.
