The people at this dealership are criminals. I bought a car from them and they added a warranty product to my loan without my knowledge. Once I realized that a $4400 warranty was added to my loan, I called the sales guy, Aaron. He told me the finance girl wasn’t there anymore and got me in contact with their terrible head of finance guy, Terry. Eventually Terry said he would cancel the warranty and pay back the full $4400, but not the $600 I paid in interest over the life of the loan! Terry said that he sent in the paperwork to get it cancelled. Yet 6 weeks later, the warranty company said it wasn’t cancelled and they never heard from Terry about canceling the warranty that Kalidy finance sneakily added to my loan. And surprise, surprise, Terry and Aaron are ghosting me for the second time. I have both Terry and Aaron’s personal cell phone numbers and crickets! These people are thieves and criminals and should not be trusted with your hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THE THIEVES OF EDMOND, OK! Protect yourself from Terry the criminal finance guy! More
