Our appointment took 2. 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We received no updates or notifications on what was taking so long. When we checked out they said they ch 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We received no updates or notifications on what was taking so long. When we checked out they said they checked/replaced a recall item. That would have been nice to know while waiting and replanning our day after being there for a total of almost 3 hours! More

It was great! I came to look at 2 other cars originally, but they were sold and forgotten to be taken out of inventory so that was disappointing.
