My son bought a car from Kalidy Kia December 23rd and put a $3,000 down payment on the vehicle. We left after 10 hours of being there and three weeks later got a call from finance stating that they needed ad a $3,000 down payment on the vehicle. We left after 10 hours of being there and three weeks later got a call from finance stating that they needed additional paystubs from him. He sent them and they told him that that was not enough and that he would have to bring his car back or sign a new contract without the rebate that he was given. It is now January 17th and we are still dealing with them, I refuse to let him sign a new contract for a higher price. I am ready to return the car, but I am afraid that they will not give him his money back. I have bought many vehicles and NEVER had these issues before. More
Poor to terrible customer service for honoring prices and explanation of vehicle pricing. Kalidy Kia would not honor their mistake and fulfil the price which they created, by their own mistake. I viewed the explanation of vehicle pricing. Kalidy Kia would not honor their mistake and fulfil the price which they created, by their own mistake. I viewed the online price price with discount, and it was showing the MSRP. I then scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving, I showed them the sites. I was asked to check their site and was informed that can't be the right MSRP. I did check the site and the MSRP matched but the total price did not. After test driving, and waiting, the sales representative informed me that multiple sales team were fired for putting the wrong MSRP, etc had been fired and been replaced. I informed the sale rep, that price was present yesterday and this date. After prolonged waiting, the sales representative then brought me the paperwork. I then informed the rep that I'm seeking to honor the internet MSRP and internet price. After representative giving me various information, that they do not work on commission, etc, I asked to speak to the manager. I informed the manager of the MSRP listed. He then proceeded to say that "Did you see on our site." Which I informed the MSRP was the same on the site; however, the actual price was not and was showing 20000 over the MSRP. He then proceeded to say "It was a typo. We will get it fixed. We can't sell it for that. You had to know that. Did you see the prices of the other cars." I stated, "No. I was trusting the site and also the MSRP that was on their site; as well as, to honor that price that was listed. He then stated, "It was typo. It's a new car" He kept repeating that the msrp was a mistake and a typo. They provided all the verbal of customer service and want to make sure the customer gets the car they want. However, the adamantly refused to honor the price, which was their mistake. In consumer world, businesses honor the price shown on the internet. They would not!!! For customer satisfaction, you would think they would say, "yes, It was our mistake. Honor that price, and they can adjust and review for the remainder but provide the customer. This still can be rectified by honoring that price was shown on the site, which I took pictures! For better customer service, they should honor the internet prices and adjust the pricing to match the mistake they made!!! More
Called about sales transaction. The sales manager stated" if you don't want to give me the price listed, we have nothing to talk about brother" and hung up the phone in my face. Terrible customer service. Promise they will fix my car and took 4 months to get it in after threatening legal action. Now it’s been 2 weeks and the GM still hasn’t given me an Promise they will fix my car and took 4 months to get it in after threatening legal action. Now it’s been 2 weeks and the GM still hasn’t given me an update. Go to another dealership, they spend all their money on cool or funny commercials and have terrible customer service. I was told by manager and GM they have had a lot of turnover in their service department, I wonder why? Maybe they treat their employees like they do their customers after the sale More

Have had several calls/visits to Kalidy Kia and each time seems to get worse. Latest was simply "headlight out". Over 3 different visits over 1 year, each time with same complaint, their solution was to char seems to get worse. Latest was simply "headlight out". Over 3 different visits over 1 year, each time with same complaint, their solution was to charge me for their time to check it (around $90) and then other charges with the technician diagnosing the problem as "not properly plugged in" and wires needed to just be "jiggled" and it worked. Spent over $150 just to still end up with the light not working the same evening. I finally took it to a private mechanic I knew and he diagnosed the problem as a burned out switch, even showed me the switch, which he said they could and should have diagnosed if they bothered to look at it. Anyway, he asked if I wanted to install LED lights which would be much brighter than the ones currently in my 2013 Kia Sorento, which we did. The folks at Kalidy Kia misdiagnosed the problem 3 times and never thought about recommending the upgrade to LED. This is simply poor repair work and poor management which is why we chose a different car maker completely when we bought another car recently. This report, bear in mind, is only for Kalidy Kia in Edmond. I have been told by other sources that other dealerships in Oklahoma City offer better service. (By the way, if you go there be prepared to navigate through a bunched up full of cars lot.) Wish I could report differently, but not in this case. More
Run! !!! Trust me when you first arrive and they treat you like cattle and you see how clustered the lot is it only goes downhill from there. If I could gi !!! Trust me when you first arrive and they treat you like cattle and you see how clustered the lot is it only goes downhill from there. If I could give zero stars I would… They will tell you and promise you everything until you buy it, after you buy they could care less, they dodge your calls and forget what they told you. Buy your vehicle and get it serviced somewhere else, they lied to me from the moment I purchased my vehicle to the month in a half it took me to get my car in acceptable condition. I had to buy my own parts from Amazon otherwise they would still have my car, the attached picture is how they first returned my car to me and expected me to be happy with it… then the service manager Brandon made excuses rather then taking responsibility. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot overnight and I had to lock it from my app, they could are less that I was inconvenienced and lied to and that I bought a car and they had it longer then I did. The sales rep and sales manager told me the we owe work would take 3 days… It ended up taking over 5 weeks and I had to beg to get them to actually work on my car. You have been warned. More
Called about a NEW Kia advertised on their website. I simply wanted to know if they indeed had the vehicle and if they would sell it for the price advertised. So, the saleswoman asked me many questio I simply wanted to know if they indeed had the vehicle and if they would sell it for the price advertised. So, the saleswoman asked me many questions which I politely answered and then she asked what price did I have in mind?? Once again, I said I just wanted to know if they HAD the car that was advertised on their website and, if so, would they sell it for the price that THEY showed??? She confirmed that they indeed had the car and that she would provide "all of my information" to her sales managers and they would call me back either today or tomorrow. What a bunch of xx. Just old school tactics of leading with a price that they had no intentions of honoring in hopes that they could sell you something else. This place is a waste of time and I hope others do not consider to do business with them. More
My hybrid battery was still covered under warranty, thank goodness! But I've been without my vehicle for the last month, and it still continues to be in their service dept. I'm frantic! goodness! I would highly recommend taking your business anywhere other than Kalidy Kia. I went to Kalidy Kia on Saturday 07/06/24 to look at a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range. My salesman, Ralphael, agreed to a fi other than Kalidy Kia. I went to Kalidy Kia on Saturday 07/06/24 to look at a 2022 Tesla Model Y Long Range. My salesman, Ralphael, agreed to a final sales price prior to my arrival. I did not do any paperwork on Saturday due to the car having a faulty camera on the driver side. I was told that the car would be repaired and ready for sale on Monday. I returned to Kalidy on Monday 07/08/24 to look at the vehicle, with intent to purchase. Upon arriving to the lot the vehicle was still in the same condition as it was when I left Saturday. Once we sat down and started to go over the final numbers with the salesman he put down three papers with three different sales prices. I did not understand what was going to happen and how the vehicle was legally going to qualify for the used EV tax credit but he assured me that they “do it all the time” and that “nothing will come back on you.” This did not sit well with me, so I went to leave and he asked me to wait for him to get his manager. Once he came back with a finance manager the finance manager tried explaining their numbers to me. The finance manager had gotten a completely different number than the salesman and sales manager’s previous numbers. They pulled my credit EIGHT TIMES. All of this, just for me to walk out on the deal due to them upping the sales price almost $10,000.00 for a “Friends for life Certification” and add ons that the salesman wasn’t even able to explain. They are adjusting the sales price of the EVs to benefit them and still charging you full price of the vehicle. DO NOT BUY. Total scam that will come back on you at the end of the year when filing your taxes. More
