Jon, I am sorry that you are disappointed with some of the lines on the New GMC Sierra. I am glad that we tried to make things right but still didn't live upto your expectation. If you are not aware Kaiser Buick GMC doesn't manufacture the actual vehicles. They come from a factory far away from Kaiser. Any issues with the actual building and lines of the vehicle should be more directed to General Motors. At Kaiser Buick GMC we depend upon the fact that we rely heavily on repeat and referred business to continue to strive in a competitive market, that being said we do and I think you would agree try to treat every customer fair and friendly.
