This is my first experience with Kaiser Buick-GMC but it won’t be my last. I’d been looking for a new car for over a year, I had not considered a Buick, but as luck would have it, I dropped in at Kaiser & it proved to be a great decision. We have had some pretty bad encounters in the vehicle buying arena and were prepared for another horrific experience. Roy Day was a dream, he was honest about the time it would take to purchase and finish paperwork and he was spot on. We got just what we wanted and didn't have to be held captive in the sales office for hours on end. We were in and out in about an hour and a half.
