We have had some pretty bad encounters in the vehicle buying arena and were prepared for another horrific experience. Roy Day was a dream, he was honest about the time it would take to purchase and finish paperwork and he was spot on. We got just what we wanted and didn't have to be held captive in the sales office for hours on end. We were in and out in about an hour and a half. Roy, Doug and Pete did a terrific job and we are customers for life, thanks guys!!!! More

I used To sell cars myself, and the dealership overall seemed pretty annoyed that we Knew so much about the buying process. Negotiating is part of almost any sales process, and they dismissed us from the sales desk multiple times because they did not want to meet our demands. But they had not moved a penny at this point, which was borderline insulting. They finally caved, and they seemed annoyed with us for the rest of the experience. Like they were angry at us for making a deal. I bought a used Ford Mustang from this dealer. Upon delivery, it appeared they had only cleaned the inside. I begrudgingly held my breath about this. It was about 15-20 minutes to close, and When I was told I may have to come the following day because the managers wanted to leave work early. I insisted On taking delivery that night, which again, annoyed them. They asked me if I had Brought a screwdriver to transfer to the plate (something that is usually part of their job). When I said No, they just handed me a screwdriver and insisted that I go transfer my own plate. Not a big deal, but I don’t feel like this was the epitome of customer service. As I was leaving, I was Told I may Owe them a bit more money, which was never discussed. This was after contracts were signed and deal was closed. When I asked How much, they said about $70-$100, which I felt would be something the dealer would have to eat since the deal was done. Maybe they treated me different as a “kid”, but I am Knowledgeable and aware of how a sales process should go, as I have Been part of it. I would Not have bought the car here if there was another deal anywhere else. Maybe they treat others better, but I will most likely not be shopping here again. My recommendation, if you’re buying GM, go to Carl Black Chevrolet. More
Service was great. Salesman turned out to be a jerk. Traded in my wife’s car back in May of 2018. The Yukon we bought had just come in from previous owner. The salesman Peter Labrada told us to take the car that day and bring it back for a full detail at our convenience. I ended up bringing it in for some warranty work on Feb. 14th and reminded them about the detail. They begrudgingly agreed. I pick up the car today and it had been vacuumed, and the wheels had been cleaned but certainly not to the standards of the used cars on the lot. My original salesman stopped me on my way out to say hi. I told him I was not really satisfied with the detail work. He immediately explained in an angry manner that he took “a lot of heat” for getting the car cleaned for me. I pointed out how messy some areas of the cabin were still, and he said he will get his manager because he had already taken too much xxxx from them about getting the car detailed. I don’t appreciate the language in front of my 3 year old daughter that was there with me. After sitting in the car for 7-10 minutes waiting for a manager I decided to take my daughter home. We live in Apopka and the dealership is about 40 miles away. So she had already been in the car seat for a long time. The service department was pretty good. Good communication and friendly. I was pretty blindsided by my salesman’s attitude. And language in front of my child. So we will save ourselves the drive moving forward and not return. More
