My wife and I purchased a 2009 Buick Enclave. It was advertised on AutoTrader as a CXL model having tons of features including cooled seats. The sales person confirmed it and we drove all the way out to Deland from the Disney area. The window sticker confirmed all the same features that were advertised online. We decided a couple days later to purchase it even though the price was still a bit higher than we wanted to pay. I spoke to the sales person who promised to have it cleaned up and ready for us when we got there. We noticed that there was sand and dirt all over the floor, coke syrup in the cup holders, and was just overall dirty on the interior. The sales person said that the people who clean the cars were from a "third party company" and had already left for the day. We were offered to come back to have them clean it but that's too much of a hassle due to the distance. At the closing table the manager was handing me all of the paperwork to sign. I said, "Before I sign my life away on the dotted line, I just want to confirm with you that this car has the Navigation, Sunroof, cooled seats, DVD player...," and I went on to mention the other extras like roof rack, etc. He said that this one had everything--that it had all the options, and that anything that could be put on this car was on it. He specifically said "They referred to this model as the CXL-2 [This is the version that has the most features and is the only version that has cooled seats] model. It has everything. You're buying what was basically about a $56,000 car." The next day it was hot outside and after years of sweating on the leather seats of my previous car I wanted to experience the luxury of cooled seats but couldn't find a button for anything other than heated seats. I checked the manual and sure enough the cooled seats button was missing so it didn't have that feature. I emailed the sales person and he checked the features of the car by running the VIN and emailed me back stating that the manager (the one who confirmed everything on the car) said "Jeremy said you have heated not cooled seats!" That was the whole email. If all they needed to do was run the VIN to see the features that came on this car, why didn't they do that in the first place?!?! I replied stating that this was false advertising and received a response from the manager stating that "if cooled seats were such a sticking point then it should have been addressed when we first started to working this deal." As stated above, I don't know how I could have addressed it any more than I already did without specifically asking them to show me every single feature on the vehicle and how they work. He once again blamed the mistake on "a 3rd party vendor that does all of our window stickers" and said "We do not false advertise." I don't know how advertising and stating that a vehicle has features that it does not is not considered false advertising. I replied stating what I said above regarding false advertising and all the ways that I DID address the cooled seats and the manager never even replied to my email. I contacted GM directly and based on the VIN they said not only does this car not have Cooled Seats, and not a CXL2, but it's not even a CXL!!! They said that their system shows this as a CX model!!! Meanwhile, it has a CXL emblem on the back. So either GM headquarters is wrong or someone put a CXL emblem on a CX to try to sell it for more. Regardless, since it isn't a CXL or CXL2 there are most likely more advertised features missing that I haven't discovered yet. GM cannot do anything for me and it is now up to the dealer to do something to help, but based on the lack of response or the fact that they don't own up to the fact that they did anything wrong (They basically said oh well, don't complain since you got a price that would be a good deal if we gave you the car you thought you were buying. Oh well.) I don't expect them to do anything for us. NEITHER THE SALES PERSON OR THE MANAGER EVEN APPOLOGIZED FOR THIS!!! THIS IS DISGRACEFUL!!! So now I will have to file a complaint with the BBB and/or take legal action. I can't believe we were treated like this. If you ever even consider buying a car from them, beware of their bait and switch tactics. Take the VIN directly from the vehicle you want, call GM to verify the features, or make sure the sales person goes over EVERY SINGLE FEATURE and SHOWES YOU HOW TO USE THEM AND THAT THEY ACTUALLY FUNCTION. Otherwise you'll be in the same boat as me and they won't help you. Meanwhile I recieved an automatic email from them stating that it was a pleasure doing business with me and that they care about their customers and take care of them after the sale. It said that if I have any issues that make me any less than 100% satisfied that I should contact them. I did, but obviously it didn't get me anywhere. More

This was a great car buying experience. My wife and I found the car on-line and were able to inquire, negotiate, and close the deal over the phone. Jimmy Hanlon was very patient with us and worked with us over the course of a few days. It was the best price for that year and model within a 300 mile radius. Since we were from out of town we couldn't pick the vehicle up right away and had to wait a week...no problem. When we did pick it up, it was a quick test drive and signing of papers all within 45 minutes. No hassle, gimmicks, or trying to persuade us to buy extra stuff or finance with them as many dealerships do...just gave us what we asked for. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and genuine. I would definitely buy here again and recommend it to a friend. More

I have purchased mulitple vehicles Jimmy Hanlon with Kaiser and each time my experience gets even better than the last. I work with Jimmy Hanlon because is very easy to work with and he makes buying a Kaiser and each time my experience gets even better than the last. I work with Jimmy Hanlon because is very easy to work with and he makes buying a car a positive experience. He has always been willing to work with me on price, trade value, etc. Pete Hampshire in finance has always dedicated himself to making sure that he can get me the lowest rate as well as fair pricing all the way around. Overall, the entire experience is always awesome at Kaiser and for as long as I can continue to afford new or used cars I will only shop with Kaiser GMC, through Jimmy and Pete. Thanks guys More
This was my first experience dealing with Kaiser GMC Buick and it will not be my last one. There attention to my needs and pricing was right on the money, Kathleen was my sales person, she was great, sh Buick and it will not be my last one. There attention to my needs and pricing was right on the money, Kathleen was my sales person, she was great, she listened to my wants and needs and did everything I asked of her, when it was time to get down to the price and payments dealing with Pete was also a great experience, and then off with Jeremy for my paper work to be printed everything was smooth and easy, and no pressure a really pleasurable experience. I told my mother how nice Kaiser was to deal with and she purchased a new car 3 days later from them. Keep up the great process Kaiser, I will see you again in 2 years when my lease is up. More
