Jimmy went through the deal with determination and speed to get the best for me. I had done my homework for almost two years and knew he was being honest. Jimmy and the dealer even went so far as to except my trade in "a special way" to meet my extenuating circumstances. You don't see other dealers doing that type of thing and I have been to quite a few! I would praise there names and highly recommend Jimmy and Kaiser Buick to everyone, anytime, and already have! The way to do business I completed my first of many to come purchases with Jimmy and Kaiser GMC yesterday. I started looking on line for vehicles that matched our needs and requirements but equally important a realistic trade in value. After only a few email exchanges it was obvious that Jimmy and staff were for real and ready to strike a fair deal. 12 hours later I took the drive to their location and less than an hour later on my way home with new vehicle as described and trade per publication averages. I have purchased vehicles both for personal and business purposes for 30 years and these guys hit the top of my list of dealers to use!! Will definitely return soon. More

They pulled a bait and switch and not only tacked on three additional months worth of payments, they added money to the cost of the vehicle. Took advantage of us, and then were more than happy to tell us we signed the paperwork and should have known we did this. I get it--we should have seen the terms on paper, but that doesn't mean they get to weasel their way around a deal verbally and then screw people in the end. VERY disappointed. More

If I owned a dealership, I'd had every salesman shadow Jimmy Hanlon to get a feel for how you are supposed to treat customers. He and everyone in the people in the finance department worked diligently for us and are so much appreciated. We will be back to buy again from Jimmy. More
