I went to Kaiser to look at a used truck. I was met with a friendly, no pressure sales experience where Roy took the time to discuss my needs and wants, and make me feel welcome. what a great staff you have there. From my sales Guy Roy who took the time to take extra photos of the Jeep I bought. to picking me up at the airport and taking me to the dealership. They just ignore emails and requests I have repeatedly reached out to the sales staff to request information on ordering a new vehicle and I get no email or phone call response.
