I purchased a Buick LeSabre and picked it up Friday afternoon and headed back directly to Michigan from the dealership. I was not worried about the car mechanically as it had went through their service garage and let me tell you, the car drove perfectly. We ended up drive straight through to Michigan 1247 miles and the car averaged 30 mpg. I was very pleased. Jimmy Hanlon was professional, was not pushy and Jeremy Scott had all of the papers ready for me to sign. To be honest, I did go to another GM dealer down the street and their salesmen were like flies to honey, pushy and not pleasant to deal with. I never got the chance to meet Mr. Keiser himself, but I can tell you, its a straight up honest dealership. Everything they told me they would do, they did. Thank you Jimmy and Jeremy and the staff at Keiser. I will definitely call when I am ready for another vehicle. More

Roy, our salesman, was friendly, patient, honest, informative, and never once pressured us to do anything or used those horrible tactics other dealerships use. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed. We ordered our vehicle, and Roy as well as the other Kaiser employees were always more than happy to give us updates regularly. Once we bought the car, they made it a point to introduce us to some of the employees in the service dept. so that if we needed any help with maintenance or anything we could put a face to a name when we called. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming and comfortable. Even though their dealership is a bit of a drive for me, after my experience, I'm not at all going to mind making a drive to go back for any repairs or regular service in the future. More

We ended up buy a 2013 Buick Encore and we LOVE it to death. One thing we love more was it didnt take us long to do the paperwork. We were shocked at the time we spent there. Were from Lake County and i had to return back to work and they got us in and got us out. They were very friendly and we even got a chance to me the big man Mr. Kaiser himself. Jimmy H. (superman) was very good to us and kept it all 100. The place was cleaned even down to the bathrooms. But Jimmy H. is the one we give all the credit to for keeping in contact with us whether it was email or text, he let us know what all we had to do. Thanks alot Jimmy H. (superman) ur the greatest. When our mother told us that she hated her Malibu and wanted our Buick Lacrosse, we decided to go and see our friends at Kaiser Buick and see if they When our mother told us that she hated her Malibu and wanted our Buick Lacrosse, we decided to go and see our friends at Kaiser Buick and see if they could help us. We had just purchased a new GMC Sierra from Mark Hansen and had worked with Jimmy Hanlon in 2011 to purchase the Buick Lacrosse. Both purchases were professionally handled, so we asked to see either of these men to help with our new purchase. Jimmy was available, and we explained our complicated dilemma to him. We wanted our mother to have our Lacrosse (which we still owed on) and use the Malibu (paid off) as a trade in. Jeremy, Jimmy and Frank (who was helping Jimmy, as he was swamped) pulled off this 3 car deal with the utmost professionalism. Everyone was happy and we got a great deal on a new Lacrosse. Kaiser Buick GMC will be our first stop (and usually our last) anytime that we or a family member needs a new vehicle! Keep up the awesome work!! More
