A great customer friendly knowledgable organization. After driven Cadillac's for the past 12 years I decided to go back to one of my favorite cars a Buick . I called Kaiser and was introduced to Roy Day and when I stopped in to look at the cars I was pleased with the attitude that all the personnel exhibited. There was no pressure from anyone I had the opportunity to interact with and when I did return the next day I did purchase a 2016 Regal. Roy is a great guy and a real people person. More

poor bodyshop Bought my new 2015 GMC Sierra there noticed the body lines were a little off on the front bumper they agreed and made an attempt to adjust it. The slogan for 2015 was precision matters GMC delivers professional grade vehicles with attention to detail. Sorry GMC you dropped the ball on this one. Looked at the other similar vehicles on the lot. What did I find? Most of them have the same issue. The body lines are off on most. Where did the attention to detail go. Very disappointed ?? If you have one you should look at the front bumper with precision in mind. The bumper on mine is off center now by almost half an inch and sits back on one side. The lines should match but nothing more they could do? More
