Kaiser Buick & Roy Day In visiting the Kaiser-Buick Dealership yesterday we were actually just thinking of buying a car in the near future since ours was getting a bit in ne In visiting the Kaiser-Buick Dealership yesterday we were actually just thinking of buying a car in the near future since ours was getting a bit in need of updating. We immediately met Roy Day coming out of the building when we arrived and were immediately attracted to his pleasing personality and knowledge. In all the heat of a Florida morning, he gave us a ride around the lot in the golf cart, showing different models which were of interest to us. Then he mentioned a car which would fit our needs, so we checked it out and felt he hit the nail on the head with the Buick Verano. We sat at his desk, did the figures with him, he explained all the charges, we made an offer and left the owners of a new vehicle. We were so grateful Roy was our salesman as we were never under any pressure or hard sell tactics. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.
