Stay far away!!!! My husband purchased a used 2019 car from them and picked it up yesterday. He drove home and the touch pad was not working. He drove up there today and wanted to return it. Please forgive me as this is my first negative review ever posted. My buying experience was great, the car was great, my issue is with Doug McMillian the head of the finance dept. Turns out I owed less than the value I received from insurance and I was due a refund for the balance of the gap unused. 8 calls, multiple emails and not one single reply from Mr. McMillian. I want my money, I have done everything that has been asked of me and I will take this to the next level. More
