We went to another local Jeep dealer and were very disappointed with the (lack of) service, so we tried Kahlo and are extremely glad that we did! Dan Serritella, our salesman, was very honest and thorough and worked hard to make sure that we got EXACTLY what we wanted. He was even able to call the factory and modify an existing order so that we received the perfect vehicle as quickly as possible. All the while, he maintained contact with us to keep us informed without being too pesky or annoying! He earned our confidence and trust and was genuinely concerned about our experience! In addition, while we were walking around the sales lot one day, the owner approached us on a Saturday afternoon, no less, and asked if we needed anything! How many owners are that hard working and involved, to be working on a Saturday afternoon ensuring customer satisfaction? Kudos to Dan and Mr. Kahlo for a job well done! He gave us a few options and was more than fair with what he gave us for our trade in. He explained every step of the process to us so we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Waste of time I had the worst experience trying to buy a used car. I was told that they were paying off my trade in and my payments were a certain amount. I went t I had the worst experience trying to buy a used car. I was told that they were paying off my trade in and my payments were a certain amount. I went to sign the contract after another 30 minute wait and the numbers were wrong. They were not paying off my trade and my payments were higher than I was told. The finance manager told me I was still getting a deal, they dropped the price of the car. No they didn't I was still paying the internet posted price. Wayne the salesman was no where to be found to question all the issues. Thankfully, I left without a car. I did email the owner and general manager about my issues and no one has returned my emails. I don't expect to hear from anyone. More
