I love Dodge Vehicles, Kahlo gives them a bad name! A few weeks ago I had them perform some safety recall work on my Ram 2500 4x4. Work was supposed to be completed by early afternoon the next day. 3 days after dropping it off and still no call saying it was completed. When I called to ask what was taking so long they didn't even know they had my truck and could not find it. They called back 30 minutes later to tell me they would get started on it right away. Oh well, it is not my primary vehicle and I rarely drive it. Well, 2-3 weeks later I get a letter from them saying they are in need of used Ram trucks and would like to buy mine either as a trade-in or selling it outright. Since I really don't need the truck I figured why not just sell it. I realize they are a dealership and are out to make money so I was expecting an offer of at least wholesale pricing. I called ahead of time and was told when to arrive. I spent the morning detailing the truck and it looked great. No rust, no dents, perfect interior and only 113K miles. I get there and the person I need to deal with is in meeting. Why tell me to come at this time if they are in a meeting. Well long story short, almost an hour later they give me an insult or maybe they hoped I was just plain STUPID. 25% below wholesale. All I can say is I will keep supporting buying Dodge while doing my very best to turn as many folks away from these rip-off artists as I can. More

Don't go anywhere else Like most people I hate spending money for a car or using up a whole day at a dealership. Kahlo changed my thinking about a lot of variables when it comes to buying a new vehicle. My family was greeted at the door by a very friendly and happy gentleman named David Tolson. We felt welcome from the beginning to the end and we also had two young children with us. They provide a play area for the little guys and a TV room for the older kids and all of the charging stations and accommodations one would need. The selection was plentiful and service from all ends was terrific. David sold us a new van and we felt like the dealer got the short end of the stick. He provided prompt service and quick decision making and really knew the inventory. Thank you David and the crew at Kahlo, we look forward to the next vehicle purchase through you. Jim More
