They bent over backward for us. My daughter is almost 2 hours north of me, so it take time to get here. When I made the appointment I thought I was going to get everything done. My daughter is almost 2 hours north of me, so it take time to get here. When I made the appointment I thought I was going to get everything done. When we got there they said that they only did oil changes on Saturday. They came over to tell me that I needed new brakes and would have to bring the van back on a week day. My daughter told them that she couldn't, because it was hard to get off work and she lived 2 hours north and that I was not able to walk and no longer drove, so he said he would make an exception and he did the brakes and wash the van. They were very very nice to accommodate us. I really did appreciate everything they did. Thank Kahlo from the bottom of my heart. More
