Greatly exceeded expectations I have waited 8 months to write this review because I expected my "wholesale" car to break down but it is still going strong. I met my salesman on an app called LetGo and couldn't believe when he offered to meet me on a Sunday. Bob was relaxed and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions and let me take my time looking over every square inch of the car. He helped me with financing and did most of the prep work before i picked it up. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience. As for the car...I have put 15,000 miles on it and it has been dependable. Disappointed and ripped off. When purchasing a used vehicle I totally get that you are usually buying as is, and taking a risk. I was told when I perchased my car that cost me 460 When purchasing a used vehicle I totally get that you are usually buying as is, and taking a risk. I was told when I perchased my car that cost me 4600 dollars that there were not any known problems to the vehicle, and after only around two or three months of having the car I developed what smells like a gas leak, and a problem with the exhaust that causes the vehicle to drive loudly while driving. I called and spoke with the gym to see if since the perchase was so recent if he would be willing to fix these issues, and he was not. He said he would give me the number where I could get it fixed for cheap ( I don’t really believe that they would fix it for cheap but who know), and he couldn’t even be bothered to follow through with even giving me that contact information even after he said he would. I guess this dealership does not mind putting out a poor product, and I would strongly advise someone to buy a vehicle somewhere else. More

Easiest process and coolest guys I've met I walked into knh on a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad I did. I knew what I wanted, knew what I had to offer, and knew what I can afford and I walked into knh on a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad I did. I knew what I wanted, knew what I had to offer, and knew what I can afford and my expectations were exceeded completely. They have great relationships with their lenders and it was quick and easy. Three hours and I drove my dream audi home with them agreeing to replace the brakes earliest convenience included with the deal. They have really good and cheap warranties to offer, I always recommend getting that too. Buy from these guys. They take care of you. More

I LOVED my Taurus X the whole 3 months I owned it before a semi truck took it from me by tboning it. I called Al Harper back immediately because he and Rob Oppenheimer took such great care of me the first time. This time I upgraded to a Ford Edge & they treated me like they've known me for years!! They had my Edge ready to go when I got there. I GLADLY made the drive from Youngstown to see these guys again. When everybody was asking where I was thinking of going it wasn't even a question. My husband and I were in search of a safe, clean, "decent" mileage car, within our price range for our 21 year old college student, son. We performed our initial search online. I had never heard of KNH, but I liked what I saw in their online inventory. After putting in my initial inquiry information, we waited to see if someone would contact us. The online representative contacted us promptly and provided the name of the sales representative that would be working with us. Our sales rep, Justin was thorough, clear about what was available and sensitive to our needs. Upon arriving at the dealership, Justin met us with great hospitality! He showed us exactly what was available. The owner of the business came out and offered us a deal on a BEAUTIFUL vehicle that was not originally in our price range. They kindly, compassionately, and sincerely worked with us to accomplish what we came for. Vaughn in Finance also worked with us, with integrity, sensitivity, patience and kindness. Budget 911 I've spent the last few months searching the continent for a deal on a 996 generation Porsche.
