Al is the man with a "S" on his chest!!! My husband and I were in the market for a BMW, which oddly turned to a Range Rover. Al was the first person we saw and he was very welcoming with no pressure and no salesman antics. Nevertheless, we were impressed and have made a lasting relationship for our car purchases. Btw, we ended up with a BMW and F150. Al will get you in the right car for you and work within your means. Tell Al what you're looking for and let him be the Man of Steel. When it comes to financing, Rob will get the deal done! If you have reasonable expectations, you will leave with a new set of keys. More

Maybe the best salesman ever. Al Harper took care of me on an extremely busy Saturday while being shorthanded. Told him my situation on the phone, and what I was interested in, an Al Harper took care of me on an extremely busy Saturday while being shorthanded. Told him my situation on the phone, and what I was interested in, and he told me exactly what to bring and guaranteed approval. I told him I'd had enough of being screwed around and was even gonna have to call a cab to get there, he said look, I'm telling you, bring me these things and you'll be driving out of here. I ended up seeing something I liked better but was a few hundred more, didn't matter between him and the sales manager I drove out of there in a pick-up, that I absolutely love. I will definitely return again without a doubt. These guys really do just wanna get you in a car but I wasn't lied to, to make it happen. They wanna give you what your looking for so you will come back. that's smart business. I don't do reviews, that is why this is so long, but Al and Rob do deserve credit for what they do. I've managed many businesses in my career, and they really were that good and deserve some recognition. Customers can be very quick to complain gotta be just as quick to praise. More

My daughters first car KNH is a great dealership. And Al is the GOAT of salesmen. But seriously Al was awesome. He worked hard at finding my daughter the perfect car. We looked at cars over two days. Al never pressured us or got irritated with uss. He even steered us away from a car because he didn’t think it was the right car.
